I have a copy of it but (from the readme.txt) "It's still very much
a "Work in Progress" although it's now reasonable usable."

The author is Russell Davis (rkdavis at burninghorse.com).  I could send 
you a copy if you can't reach him.  In my opinion, it's a good start but 
hardly complete and still needs some work.
