Still trying to use drive d:/

Anybody have any idea why Euphoria can't find the include folder when I 
have Euphoria installed on drive D:/ in WinXP?  My EUDIR is set as 
D:\Euphoria.  D:\Euphoria\bin is in my path.

(yeah, yeah, I know.  It's because I'm using Winbloze and Bill Gates 
wants to make my life miserable and ....)
