Sanity.ex works OK with EU2.3 on my system.

If I run 

exr.exe sanity.ex 

(exr.exe is interpreter with Russian diagnostics)
it works OK too, just checks the checksums
of the *standard ex.exe, exw.exe, pdex.exe,
pdexw.exe* in euphoria\bin directory.

So, if you have some non-standard interpreter,
*renamed* as ex.exe or ... or an old version or ....
the check sum may be wrong.
