It was little annoying to have to go and set all my file associations
back. On the other hand most people using the installer will not have
any current file associations...

Still, it would definitely be a lot nicer if the installer asked before
changing things like that...

Overall I do like the installer though, certainly a nicer first
impression, now we just need a windows editor bundled :)
