I only just saw this, and it's almost certainly already answered, but it seems *very* easy to me (took a minute or less to solve): turn on switch "A", wait for 5 minutes; turn it off and turn on switch "B", quickly go downstairs and FEEL the light bulbs that are off: the one that is WARM was turned on by switch "A", the one that is ON is turned on by switch "B", and the one that is off and cold is turned on by switch "C".
