How to make Euphoria call a program

Afternoon all:
              I'm brand new to Euphoria. I'm trying to get Euphoria to 
call a program that resides in a Netscape kiosk. Our current programs 
are dos based. However, the program I'm trying to call operates in 
Windows. My goal is to be able to launch the program off our 
startpage.html, and when the user is done using they are returned back 
to the startpage. I envision a restart somewhere. If anyone can help in 
any manner I would greatly appreciated it. Thanks.
