You mentioned Filemaker Pro, which is ideal for this. Unfortunately, where FMPro falls down is when you need to do some heavy-duty programming. Its scripting engine is awkward and counter-intuitive. When using it, I've often wished I could just "write some code" to handle the problem at hand. I've tried writing a DBMS such as you describe above, but the flexibility of Euhoria's sequences makes it difficult to know just what it should do. Regards, Irv
