The rules say do something interesting of your choice, and say why you do 
whatever it is better, and if you win, you get $10,000 (presumeably USD). If 
you win, they get all rights to the code. This involves data manipulation, 
900K of webpages is provided for testing, or the bigger test set of 56megs, or 
the set of 5 CDs(900,000 webpages). The final test must be on the 
900,000webpages.
