IDE bug

I was install the EUPHORIA new version of 3.0.2 and IDE-0.22.0 version

I runned IDE.exw and the IDE window is activated. 
However if I click the menu of File or others, 
I cannot see the menu items like "Open", "New" like etc.

What can I do?
