Spinball doesn't run here, i get this error:

Win32LibVersion has not been declared
if Win32LibVersion[1]=0 and Win32LibVersion[2]<60 then

Perhaps not all the required files are included in the .zip file? (They should 
be, else you have people guessing what to do to make your app run.)
