Yes, I agree -- please include the whole version number in the name of the
download file -- and if it is not an official release then add something like
above "rc2" as well.  It gets confusing, plus you don't necessarily want to
overwrite your old versions, etc.  (Firefox is also really bad about downloading
the new version of a file with the same name -- it just gives you the old one out
of your cache.)
