I fixed the bug in load_private_block() and checked in the new
source (be_execute.c), and new executables.
I actually got it to crash on my machine before fixing it.

If anyone wants to test them, the new Windows interpreters 
are at:

   http://www.rapideuphoria.com/uploads/exw.exe
and
   http://www.rapideuphoria.com/uploads/exwc.exe

The fix will officially be in 3.0.2 when it's released,
hopefully fairly soon. That release will also fix the
Windows translator bug with multitasking.
