Euphoria error message

I am developing a program that will be widely distributed.
If the interpreter(?) discovers an error, it displays an error
message telling the user that the source program is over 300 lines
long, gives some hints about debugging a program, and gives instructions
on how to purchase the complete edition of Euphoria.

Purchasing the complete edition will not help the user I
am writing my program for.

Can my Euphoria program set up a control so that it can intercept
error situations & display a message that would be helpful to
my users?  I would like to give them the number of a local
helpdesk, and maybe refer them to some documentation.
