Euphoria Programming for MS-DOS:

If / when the mailing list ever does get split it should be split into a general
list for Euphoria issues and a list for each platform supported.

Currently that would be:

* Euphoria - General
* Euphoria - DOS32 specific
* Euphoria - Win32 specific
* Euphoria - Linux specific

There should be a Linux list because there is already much discussion.

For me personally I don't think it needs to be split yet, I'm interested in
hearing what others are doing even if it doesn't affect me.
