One other thing I just found which may be of interest, is if you use
				psOptions=3D{PSD_RETURNDEFAULT}
you will need these two lines before calling getPageSetupEx
				store( pSetupDlg, PAGESETUPDLG_hDevMode, NULL)
				store( pSetupDlg, PAGESETUPDLG_hDevNames, NULL)
