Judith,
I've put my mods into 0.58.05, including Martin Stachons changes
(which included Brian Broker's suggestion). My changes allow paper
size and orientation to be pre-specified, and the users selections of
the same returned and passed from page setup to print dialogue. The
following link includes a small test program which prints fine here:
