Yes.
I will no longer "stamp" files, to make them "0 statements".
It was an extra maintenance chore, and since a
full traceback is now provided, even for programs over 300 
statements, it seemed a bit pointless,
especially when you consider that any program
that used a recent version of Win32Lib, or almost any
other significant library, would be way over
300 statements anyway.
