Also, in Win32Lib 0.44e html documentation, while deleteItem and insertItem
are functions, they are not defined as functions, and the examples with them
seem to suggest they are procedures (in case you didn't know & it's
replicated in later docs).

And for one of the smallest nits that can be picked, in your description of
both insertItem & deleteItem (in the html doc), I think you meant for the
word "position" to be in italics to identify that you were speaking of one
of the parameters? Same with "list" in setIndex & in getIndex.
