You technically don't have to be. If you just want to spit out a working
executable, the download the Euphoria To C Translator and a C Compiler from
the list (I like Borland, its quicker than Watcom). You'll be able to
produce an executable, but you'll get a warning and a 5 second delay before
your app starts.
