Yes, if you have the registered version you can shroud your
includes. Anyone can use them, even if they are running the
public domain version.
That was one of the compelling features that got me
interested in Euphoria in the first place. The reasons
you don't see any shrouded source on the RDS site are:
1. Euphorians are generous, and willing to share their
code, and
2. Nobody wants a 'virus' attack. (see: Nate)
For commercial products, shrouding (and scrambling)
is a handy feature. It keeps people from mucking about
with your working code. I don't care if they see how it
works, I just don't want anyone to make a "simple"
change which could cause problems at some later point.
