It just occured to me that if you wanted to learn asp, jscript, vbscript
and you have a copy of Windows 98 or higher you could install
the IIs (Win 2k or NT only) or PWS (personal web server). 
There are tons of html docs included with that to help you setup
the server and much of the docs look pretty straight forward.
