Here's another really cool Win32Lib change

Balloon style Tooltips:

Change:
classStyle[ToolTip]=TTS_ALWAYSTIP

To:
classStyle[ToolTip]=or_all({TTS_ALWAYSTIP,TTS_BALLOON})

Ofcourse 4.71 of the common controls is required.

In case some of you with WIN 95 or early 98 may want to checkout
http://www.easy-files.com/overview.html from there you can
get the up to date MS Files.

Always make backups of files first but you should without a hitch
be able to upgrade some of those old .dll's and .ocx files
