Speaking of Win32lib. When Win32lib sends the WM_SETICON message in the
setIcon() function, the third parameter is set to NULL. This results in
slightly blurry icons on some displays. Setting this parameter to TRUE loads
the largest icon (at max 32x32) for the window icon, resulting in an icon
the same size but better resolution if a large icon is available; on not all
but my display.
