IDE for Win32Lib: bug fix

Hello, All,

You can find a bug fix version of the IDE for Win32LIb at
http://home.flash.net/~camping/judith.htm which addresses the errors David
Cuny found as well as some of his suggestions. Also I attempted to fix the
file name problem Derek Parnell found. Note to Derek: I can't seem to check
out if the fix works. I get a 'can not open file' from exw via system_exec.
If you have time let me know if it worked for you or not.

This version used win32lib.ew version 50.

I'm now working on incorporating ReBar and ReBarBand. After that I'll
concentrate on the code editor.

Please let me know of any more bugs or improvements.
