I use OE5, and the html works all right. So I dragged The Moriman's Sept.10
msg (the one with the WOW Sweepstakes animation) out as an .eml file, and
tried to open it in Netscape. "Send to" opened Composer, which saw
absolutely nothing. However, Navigator opened and displayed the .eml very
well. I'm using 4.74.

Are you using Netscape under Windows or in Linux? There are differences.
