Update for DOS32 Translator

I've just updated the Public Domain Euphoria to C Translator for DOS32. (I'll update the Complete Edition version tomorrow). It now includes the CauseWay DOS extender. The translator will generate an emake.bat batch file to compile, link, insert CauseWay, and also run the CauseWay .exe compressor to shrink your executable. Michael Devore gave up his copyright, and turned CauseWay over to the public domain several months ago. He encourages anyone to use it, even for commercial gain. This should put an end to most of the complaints about programs not running properly with DOS4GW and other extenders. The only outstanding issues should be the relatively small number of programs that WATCOM has trouble compiling. This is mostly due to the large size of certain generated .c files.
