Win32Lib: Common Controls revisited

I've updated my web page on this issue: http://www.cnw.com/~bkb/Eu/combo.html If it doesn't break anything else, can we get this fix? I'd really like to have my programs look right with version 6 common controls. I don't know if there are any other potentially unnecessary handlers in there but this is at least a start.
