[OT] HTML?

Been working on and off on my website.  Well web site pipe dream is more
like it =)  Its not on the web yet.  Just resides on my desktop looking
good.

Well I have noticed that most browzers now (at least the ones im using
for testing) are showing custom icons next to the URLs and tabs which
make it easy to see what site is where.

Anyone know how this is done?  What is it?  Javascript?  DHTML?  Just
curious.  As long as I am going through all the trouble of making my
stuff as cross browzer complient as I can, it would be nice to support
some of the new features as well.
