Reasonably easy to judge (not too many Euphoria users bobbing round in 
the ocean!) and there could be more than one category/prize. For 
example, one for best graphics, one for most innovative code, one 
for most adaptable/expandable (IOW, capable of being used for lots
of related tasks).
