     What kind of ListView is it? If it's just a simple list, with no icons=
,=20
and stuff, in Detail view, you could replace it with a ListBox, which has a=
=20
style LBS_NOSEL. This stops the user from choosing a selection, although it=
=20
doesn't stop that selection rectangle from showing up.
