A very simple solution to removing a person from the list:

  Just don't respond to that person or comment about that person.

  If that person is using vulgar langauge then don't respond.

  If that person is totaly ignored and that person's 15 minutes of

  fame is over then they will leave on their own. Responses to

  that person only encourges that person to stay and continually

  manipulate the list users.
