Click to modify the data stored in the key
RU\Desktop\ViewView2
You will see the names of the different Icons listed on your desktop.

I'll tackle your mailto:... problem shortly.
  Sounds like a Inbox and Outlook express conflict.  Could also involve
Netscape crap.
:(  Good luck and I will see what I can find.

PS:  that'll be a $20 tech support fee.  1 hours work :) Kidding :)
