woops, missing file is from Jacques Deschenes's Api_Wrap.
eventualy all win32 code be phased out in favor of more specific
wrappings for timers, drag&drop and a few other things claro lacks.
let me also add, this is still an early version,
quite a few things not wrapped or not working as well as they might.
uploaded version 0.1.72, another snapshot of current work.

Claro is the gui componant from the Bersirc IRC project
currently in process of an overhaul to version 2, svn download only.
 http://www.clarographics.org/intro.html see the screenshots page.
http://bersirc.free2code.net/index.php/home home of claro main app.
website examples and docs still show version1, which I didn't wrap.

Cairo is a popular vector image and drawing lib, http://cairographics.org
you can use cairo with the canvas widget in claro, see the ccclock demo.

thanks for the report, guess I should have set EUINC= and tested upfront.
