Installing Euphoria for CGI

What would I do if I don't want to clutter up my root htdocs directory with
the standard Euphoria includes? That is, when I

   include misc.e

it will find it in

euphoria/include/

I know I have to set up an environment variable, but I don't know exactly
what to do for Linux/BSD. Rob? :)
