Well, you wont get a new IBM cheap...

Ive built 100's of machines for people (in the past)
and you really cant beat an IBM...instead of the hasle
of going back to my supplier with bad parts that made
me look foolish (not to mention loose business) I now only
recommend IBM because you know they'll always be
an IBM for support. +plus you will be hard to find any
other company to support their machines like IBM will.
