I don't know  

I went back to the earliest IDE I have kept and it is there also. I 
looked in the earliest win32lib I have and it is not there. My guess is 
that some very early version of win32lib once had onRightClick and I 
added that to IDE at that time. Perhaps somewhere along the line that 
event was eliminated. Perhaps David or Derek know.....

I will remove onRightClick and w32HRightClick in v 16.
