IDE v0.15.0 released

You may find the latest IDE (418KB) at 
http://user.txcyber.com/~camping/judith.html which requires Win32lib 
v0.57.9 or later. You may link to Derek's site from the IDE home page. 
Please read the ReadMe.txt file as it will supply information to prevent 
problems using this version. The companion stand alone editor has also 
been modified for use with the latest IDE configuration file.

IDE docs may be viewed online if you are interested in knowing what is 
new in this release without downloading.
