I just got nottice from !my mother that I am about to inheret 2 million franks... That's about 50 thousand US dollars... Hmm... It's like this... Me and my mom inheret a house in Italy... We are selling it... The money is ours, I can't get to it without her permission, and she can't get to it without mine... I'd invest the money, offcourse... Finally can get some work done, like filming the intro sequences to MPF (a 3D game I have being working on for almost 4 years)... Maybe I'd start up a Tsoi Li Fut school? (TLF = Shaolin Kung Fu style from 1800's) That way I can make a lot of money too... Or the martial art I am developing, wich is what this post is about, wich is based upon a computer programming language... It's called 'MTS', Mortal Tactics Style... It's based upon my fighting style as 'The Coder With An Attitude'... I am teaching this next month for the first time in a local gym... I'm also writing a book on it, a small book with pictures... and, a computer program that teaches it to you to go with the book (and sold online)... It works like this... The training consists out of three sections; - Procedures - Functions - Algorithms Procedures... They are harmless DEFENSE movements, used to block oponents, get rid of weapons such as guns and knifes. Functions... These are ATTACK movements... Often short, but powerfull... Algortihms... These are both ATTACK and DEFENSE movements merged together... Blocking while punching, etc. Why is this martial art supperior to others? Because you train STRENGTH, and the movements are FATAL. No bruce lee style summer saults and high kicks in mid air, but an 80 pound punch disclocating a jaw... Your learn to throw with opponents... And face armed opponents... The most important part of the training is the Cement Bag... This each student gets assigned, and must train with... You punch it, throw it, knee-cap it, and finally punch right through it.... You learn to use things around you as weapons, such as broken bottles, chairs, and yes, even opponents! You *never* kick in this martial art, and you *never* hand out more than ONE blow... You don't wanna tango with your opponent, you wanna punch his lights out before his friends get hold of you... One skilled MTS fighter, can instantly knock out 10 to 15 *real life* opponents in less than 5 minutes. I am not for nothing the 'strongest' guy in my entire Province (=same as a State)... The app that teaches you how to use this martial art is to be written in Euphoria for Win32... So, if you are a coder (prefferably Eu coder) and wanna be the toughest guy on the block, and not even let a bullett stop you, learn MTS, as YOU can do it too, and you don't have to be an olypic athlete to do it... All you have to train are your fist/leg speed and strength, that's it. I hope to get teaching this *new* martial art soon... And hey, maybe it's gonna be the next Taebo... Oh, and almost all terms in this art are derived from computer languages... Mostly Euphoria... Eeach movement has a given 'type'; A 'Sequence' is an Algorithm that combines legs, arms, and weapons... An 'Object' is a function wich makes use of a weapon... An 'Integer' is a procedure wich makes use of an integer posture, such as a statue, when someone tries to grab you, you don't move, and he will not be able to do anything, as you are made out of stone, you train integrity... Pretty damned cool huh? This 'fighting language'... Eu can do more than create apps, it can create killers :P Mike The Spike
