Ctrl-F4 closing any window in win32lib. BUG?

new topic     » topic index » view thread      » older message » newer message

Hi,
This looks like a bug:
If you open a win32lib window then hit ctrl-f4 it closes, this is
normal for windows, however, this seems to happen in win32lib even if
the window has no close box (and therefore should be unclosable). For
an example of what I mean, open up WStyles (included w/ win32lib)
click on the "no exit routine" window and hit ctrl-F4.

There is a work around: You can put a returnValue(1) in the onClose
event but then you need to check to see if the window was being closed
from your code (otherwise the only way to close the app would be
ctrl-alt-del)
