lost email... need url

Use of Topica requires that you have cookies and javascript enabled in your 
browser. It appears that 
you have either cookies or Javascript (or both) disabled, and hence, you will 
not be able to utilize most of
the site without errors. To remedy this situation, please enable both cookies 
and javascript in your browser
preferences. 

So i can't search them, and i seem to have lost the email myself.....
I was looking for the name and url of the program that someone (sorry, i am 
so not 
good with names) used to debug crashes, what i remember is the debug 
program 
cost a lot and detailed the errors windoze reported as page faults, etc.. 
Would the 
someone who uses this program clue me in?
