Euman,

AFAIK, every Windows version (at least 3.1+) includes Times New Roman.

Also, in several Linux distros I've seen, Times New Roman is almost the only
font that will prove instantly portable. Other 'standards' like Arial may
appear quite distorted (usually too small).
