Hi Salax, 

I wrapped a library called Tcp4u which had a few UDP functions .... 
that I didn't wrap but it wouldn't be a very big job to do it.

Another library I made a wrapper for was NetLib which sends UDP 
packets to communicate.  

Both libraries can be found on recent user contributions.

What is RoboCup Simulator League???
