I know this may earn me a few hard looks, but I've been using M$'s OE5 for some time now, the Latin American version, with no trouble at all, either sending or receiving. My config (Tools > Options) say that: - Send > Int'l config: Western European (ISO), and (yes, enabled) Use English headings in answering a message (my translation...) - Read > Int'l config: (No, disabled) Use default config. In this way, I get anything in any code (my problem if I can't read it, but at least I'll get what the sender meant me to get), and I'll always send something most people can read. Luck.
