Who, exactly, told you that you'd be sued? And why? Is it part of the 
"RPG Maker" license that games can only be distributed as freeware?
Or are you RPG's too similar to the work of others?

If "RPGMaker" is an engine, you could probably port your game to
an entirely different engine.
