Good point, Juergen!

Rob, is someone maintaining a list of the outstanding bugs?  If so where?
I would think that a list of outstanding bugs, serious or otherwise, 
should be displayed in conjunction with the version download link.
Also, once a bug has been identified I think it should be reported 
on the news page together with comment as to the probable fix date, patch,
work arround, etc.

Newcomers to the language should know what they are getting, right?
