Many ideas only need improvements, not a veto, and a dynamic, constructive community is usually a good source of them. You should perhaps visit other language forums/lists to get the idea. The above proposal implies that, to allow something being done, no one should disagree - otherwise there will be a veto. This amounts to total immobility, as there will always be someone against any given item/feature/idea if only for the sake of it, as repeatedly seen on this list for years. Which has proven harmful in countless contexts, Eu being just one of them.
