What part of "peer review" and "SourceForge" made you think that this library
was not open source?

And since when has anything in Euphoria been democratically elected. Now if this
library was such that it was being forced on people; that they had to use it,
then may a 'popular' vote might be needed. But no one is forcing this library on
anyone. In fact, the only voting that will happen, and its very effective voting,
is whether or not people choose to use the library.
