That's interesting.  It looks like there's some issue when it crosses a 
language barrier.  When I do the search, it claims to be "Matt's Euphoria 
Search Engine" with the other option being Web search (and it only 
returns results from the list of pages that I specified).

I never use any other languages, so I'm not sure if there's an easy way
to force it to use english.  Since it's google coop, it may take something
different than normal google usage.
