The Complete Edition's ex.exe is the registered version of the interpretor,
while pdex.exe is the Public domain version of the interpretor. When you
run your bind command to make a standalone executable, the pdex program
will be used.

Read the file WHAT2DO.DOC in the DOC directory. It will give you steps on
how to write your own Euphoria program. :)
