Similar problem exists with Dave Cuny's EE, but can be cured with
the addition of a wait_key() before the end of your program.

It should also be pointed out that with certain of the xterms and
consoles (and konsoles), if you have the console window sized
too small, *nothing* will appear, altho the program is running.
By too small, I am guessing that means "shows less than 80x25".
Most consoles do not support EU color, but the Linux console under
KDE does. (Along with nice bitmap background images).
